For the design, we rely on Abalone shells from the depths of the Indian Ocean off the South African coast. The shells have been prized around the world for centuries for their unparalleled appearance and are immortalized in our knives. Each handle tells a different story.
Not without reason, the mother-of-pearl obtained from the shells has been used for exquisite jewelry since the beginning of mankind. Even in ancient Rome, its wearers symbolized wealth and prestige.
The "Full Tang" handle makes the knife particularly stable and resilient. The slightly shifted back center of gravity makes handling even more pleasant and valuable. The maceless ground acrylic around the abalone shell gives a very special feeling.
A special highlight are the reflections that are created when the handle is held up to the light.
The blade made of 69 layers in Japan developed VG-10 Damascus steel can be easily re-sharpened without grinding skills.
