The Aristocratic Line represents the most exclusive knife from Calisso. It's much more distinctive, with more Damascus steel layers, a more ergonomic grip, higher-quality wood, and more opulent materials, and it's even more enjoyable to cook with.
The desert is symbolized by the handle, which is constructed of American desert ironwood. The abalone shell, which comes from the depths of the sea, serves as a contrast. The hand-hammered blade, which not only keeps the cut material from adhering, but also portrays the darkness consuming the sea and the desert, completes the Aristocratic Line.
The 89 layers of Damascus steel is a fantastic eye-catcher. Because the steel has been processed under vacuum at 1100 °C, the Aristocratic Line is extremely robust and strong from the core to the outer. This results in a hardness of 61 ± 1 HRC, which is exceptionally high. Furthermore, because each knife is quenched at -180 °C, the blade maintains its sharpness for an extraordinarily long time.
